Do u sleep or take nap in daytime. if so then stop it.
If u r not able to sleep, dont watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. switch off TV atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
