Avoid sleep during daytime. Have early and light dinner. Don’t do any concentrated mental work thereafter so that your mind is calm and quiet when you go to bed. Do u sleep or take nap in daytime. if so then stop it.
If u r not able to sleep, dont watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. switch off TV atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed.

Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light
