Aap kyu so nahi pa rahe hain. Koi tension ya stress hai. Do you nap in the daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. You need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc at least an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. You may sleep for 6,8 hours comfortably. Basically, it reduces stress. You feel very light, and relaxed and hence get a sound sleep. But, it's not a solution . There are more alternatives for better sleep. You can go through my answers for better sleep.
