Hai. The success of IUI depends on ages of partners, the timing of ovulation and insemination, tubal patency, sperm count, motility and quality, presence of infections, diabetes, tuberculosis etc. Sperm processing lab conditions and efficiency of the technician, the actual process of meticulous insemination etc. Unless your failure is beyond all these aspects, it is not worth spending and straining yourself with higher procedures.

Today is my 11th day I have starting ovulation studies from today. endometrium thickness - 6.3 mm right ovary -10×8 mm rest msf left ovary - 9×8 mm, 9×7 mm, rest msf free fluid - minimal free fluid can I do iui in this month and how is my report and what is minimal free fluid.

Minimal POD fluid is indicative of Pelvic infection in the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle.

Iui fresh collection se bhi ho sakta hai.
Agar husband bahargam ja raha hai ya en time pe kabhi kabhi sperms ikathha nahi ho sakta hai to sperm bank me jama kar sakte hai. Agar proper sperm bank me rakha hai to kitne din important nahi hai.
Husband ke bahar gam jane par kitne iui hone hai uske upar nakki hota hai kitna bank me rakhna chahiye.

Either after missing period urine pregnancy test or around missing period blood test serum hcg-beta can give answer.

Usually done around ovulation just before or just after. If sometimes ovulation does not happen at expected time then more iui may be required in that cycle.

Usually iui is done about 24-36 hours after hcg as around that time egg ruptures but sometimes if does not rupture treating doctor decides what to do.

Hi doctor. I had my iui on june 6th (14th day of my cycle). I had 3 df (22 mm- 2 nos, 21 m- 1 no, on my left ovary). I was given hcg trigger injection previous day and 1 more injection after iui on the same day. Since then I was on susten 200 mg for 10 days. After about 4-5 days of iui, I was famn hungry for 2 days and then nothing. Susten dosage finished by Saturday, that was 23rd day. Today my 25th day I am having mild back pain, some discomfort in the abdomen (bearable though). Mine is usually 25 days cycle. So my period should ideally come tomorrow. Ques 1) as iui was done on 14th day, cane my period get delayed to 28th day or so? Ques 2) how r my chances of pregnancy with these symptoms. Background- husband also had a mild issue which was corrected by medications and his sample was perfect while for iui. I had missed abortion in jan 2017, and ttc since 2018 Jan. In between my rubella antibodies were absent so I was given a shot and asked to wait, so the delay. I am though trying to keep myself calm, however, just wanted to see doctors opinions.

Yes, you have a chance of pregnancy. Wait till 20th June, if you do not get your periods then do a urine pregnancy test in 21st June.
Till then continue taking susten 200 mg.

Hai.. Both are the same drug but SR is a sustained release tablet to be taken orally where degradation by stomach juices is avoided.. Plain Micronised progesterone softgels are designed more as vaginal pessaries, to get absorbed through the mucous membrane of the vagina so that the drug concentration inside the uterus is maximum. Hai... Plain micronised progesterone softgels, though instructed as oral or vaginal, are best absorbed vaginally and reaches the endometrium in better concentrations.. Gastric juices may affect part of its absorption in the stomach.. Sustained release tablets are meant to bypass the stomach and release later.. So can be taken orally.. Best wishes.
