Hello, if the pregnancy test kit is negative after 15 days of iui then you are not pregnant. However you may get a serum beta hcg test done to be conclusive.

Yes. It is. Wait until you 15th day. You can alternatively do serum. B. Hcg test which is more sensitive to find out pregnancy.
