I would suggest a combo treatment of monthly intralesional steroid injections along with silicone gel sheets. Cryotherapy can also be useful. The treatment cost depends on course on the size of the lesion. At my clinic it starts at rs. 500 per session.

first of all be sure that your sugar level must controlled for early healing of wounds
you take homeopathic medicine arnica 200 and hypericum 200 three dose daily for three days. Also apply calendula mother tincture ( diluted) to the affected part.
