Ji har cheez ka ilaaj sambhav hai. Aapki pareshani kitne din se hai kya2 lagta hai. Digestion issues kya2 hai. Ek baar inn cheezon ko theek se batayega. Aapka wajan kam side me h aur underweight category me aata hai. Ye kab se kam hua aur kitna kam hua. Iska details bhi lagega. Aap video consultation se start kar sakte hai. Aapka treatment, aapka anklan karne ke baad start kar diya jayega.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No o...more

It's nothing serious. Most probably you have chronic rhinosinusitis and it gets increased or relapsed with intake of refined sugar. It's best to avoid these because refined sugar is not any good for health. In case you take it because you do not have any alternative at that time. You can take drugs to suppress your symptoms. Consult me for a prescription.
