1.Maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

I was having yeast infection but was asymptomatic with slight itching first I thought it's uti as I am suffering since october and been on antibiotics for more than a month .now everything was okay on last day of my antifungal medication morning around 10 I started having burning feel which was not like I have during uti and when I was getting checked for yeast I gave my urine culture too and routine those came normal. So morning I had a burning just near the vaginal opening not because of urination it was there for 3 to 4 hours and then it reduced and is back to normal but one day later when I sit now even I hold my urine for few sec while sitting it gives lil burn in the outer skin area. Not able to find out why that's happening and that too on 10th day of antifungal medication and my urine routine is normal too .i do have dryness since a long time because of medication maybe .pls help me out my yeast discharge has too shifter from cottage cheese to little slimy.

You need to continuously follow up with the doctor.
The medicines might have to be changed it it looks like the infection has become resistant to a particular drug. Fungal infections do take a few months to clear.
Regular follow up is important
can't comment on homeopathy as i'm not a homeopathy dr.
