Well simple you need to do workout for atleast one hour that include cardio n free hand exercises and walking or jogging, avoid spicy food, fatty food, limit your oil consumption, this will help along with proper homoeopathic treatment.

you need to be careful with your diet. Avoid spicy, oily food, excess fats. And you need to reduce sgot and sgpt. Better to consult an ayurvedic physician. Meantime you can take kumariasav if you are not diabetic.

You have mentioned the report, but not about your complain for which the test was requested by the doctor. The finding in usg means that the is liver fibrosis which may be caused by alcohol. Hepatis virus and food habit. Avoid the cause if you have above habit. And consult the doctor or me with toal record.

Therefore, he may have to take febustat for quite a long time which could be 6 months plus. Please do not stop medicine continue with with and watch for relief if symptoms once symptoms have decided and uric acid returns to normal range then dose can be reduced to 40 mg once a day
