Because in government hospitals cost will be much less. Difficult to give a figure. Which surgery will be decided by the surgeon, based on the specific situation. This report suggests you have a low risk less aggressive tumor although Lymphovascular invasion may signify some nodal Mets.
Just keep a good follow up every 6 months with USG abdo pelvis for the next 3 years
