It's called as infantile colic which usually occurs during 3 months. Exact cause not known. Usually reduces during 4th month.

Probably you have congenital or infantile hemiparesis, or maybe hemiparetic type of cerebral palsy. If such is the case, exercise and physiotherapy are of utmost importance. If muscle spasm is too much, centrally acting muscle relaxants are needed.
