White blood cells in pyospermia can weaken the sperm, pyospermia can damage its genetic material. I would suggest you to make your semen healthy too by ayurveda herbal treatment. You should call or chat by Lybrate private consultancy link in your own interest. Going for iui etc without healthy semen may not do much good and may waste your money.

Mifepristone is given for cervix priming, so mife has to be taken to work well. There wonât be any side effects if u hav taken already, but get a scan aftr 1 week to check whether u hav aborted completely or no.

I had ivf and it successfully my beta hcg is now 32567. My first beta hcg happened on 4th april which is 1765 .my usg happened on 14th april and the report say gestational sac 13 mm but no fatal pole. No heart beat .when will I able to see fatal pole? Will it a chance of miscarriage? When will I able to get heart beat.

I have ivf treatment now, just got gonal 450 ie/0.75 ml yesterday afternoon, but I forgot to put into refrigerator until 20 hours later I put them back to refrigerator, can I still use them, or any dangerous, or I have to exchange with my doctor? Many thanks.

11-12 weeks is not second trimester technically but lot of gynecologists don't prefer to do first trimester termination procedure at this stage.

Is normal ultrasound can detect g sac at 5 week without performing transvaginal ultrasound. My doctor tell me that g sac is absent she perform abdominal scan not transvaginal she tell that there is swallowing please tell is it normal or not.

Hi, generally at 5wks gestational sac is not visible transabdominally. But not the fact that it will be seen in tvs. So better to wait for 10 days and then repeat.
