There is no serious problem you should relax do not think negative you should better to change your life style you have follow to sechudle as first avoid outside food like oily species food and do not take heavy meal. Daily 2 hour exercise morning and night and meditation for you mind relax. Eat fruits like orange guava and carrot.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?

Pan done in empty stomach.
Rifagut 400 two times a day after food. Both two weeks.
Oz two times a day after food for five days.
Ulgel liquid 10 ml after food without water for 30 min. For two weeks.
Consultation by gastroenterologist advisable.
Change diet to bland. Add walk for 40 min
seasonal fruits green vegetables as salad, buttermilk, curd to ad in diet.

Nothing to worry brother as worrying fixes nothing and stress again increases your gastritis issues better to go for morning shifts decrease your stress level do not eat spicy foods/ outside foods drink plenty of water, exercise take tablet pan-d 40/30 mg before breakfast syrup happicid 10 ml three times a day before food
