you seem to be having a type of inflmmatory bowel disease. You must change your food habits and timing to suit your digestion till recovery. Sometimes lifestyle modifications (proper diet, exercise, sleep and reducing stress) are all that is required. 1. Increase fiber in diet. 2. Take one course of antibiotics (oflox oz) 3. Use pre biotic / probiotic supplements 4. Use psyllium husk powder to increase fiber content of diet (1 spoon in 1 glass of water 1-0-1 * 1 week) 5. If any associated joint pain / anemia (low hemoglobin) get some tests to rule out inflammatory bowel disease and parasite infestation.
