Dear doctors, I am 20 years old. I am suffering from indigestion, bloating, loos of appetite, heartburn, nausea since 3 years. Also I have pcos and I am often anxious to eat and fear of vomiting after eating anything. When I have digestive issues started not much fear about eating habits but from 1 years having always fear of vomiting after taking meal and yes always after taking meal my stomach upsetting indigestion symptoms. I have change my diet I mean not taking any spicy, oily,fried foods. Everything eating home-made from 3 years, walking after lunch, dinner, doing kapalbhati from 1 week also but after eating I am always nervous and anxious that what to happen after eating because I have indigestion heartburn nausea issues after eating from 3 years .so always have fear of this happening after any meal. Taking many medicines but not cure till now. I am taking ppi's from 3 years continuously and now I think ppis are not working for me. I can't take other medicines because of their side effects. Done ct abdomen 2 times, endoscopy 2 times, sonography 8/9 times also many blood tests but there is only gastritis /gastroparesis /gerd symptoms I don't know what is my disease. My doctor not clearly tell me about my disease but always tell that there is no serious but why I am suffering lot everyday no cure till now. Taking allopathic, homeo medicines but not cured myself. Before working medicines ,i got side effects like nausea, heartburn I mean my symptoms become worse after taking any medicines and have to stop them mid-way, rarely can take 1/2 medicines which are also not working now. Doctor please tell me what to do .what should be my diet. Should I leave all allopathic medicines? How to cure my disease. Will it curable or life time I have to stay like this. I am so frustrated doctors now suicidal thoughts come in my mind as I don't want to leave rest of life like this. Please doctors I beg you please kindly tell me what should I do as I am getting to disturbed mentally as well as physically.

There is no serious problem you should relax do not think negative you should better to change your life style you have follow to sechudle as first avoid outside food like oily species food and do not take heavy meal. Daily 2 hour exercise morning and night and meditation for you mind relax. Eat fruits like orange guava and carrot.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?

Pan done in empty stomach.
Rifagut 400 two times a day after food. Both two weeks.
Oz two times a day after food for five days.
Ulgel liquid 10 ml after food without water for 30 min. For two weeks.
Consultation by gastroenterologist advisable.
Change diet to bland. Add walk for 40 min
seasonal fruits green vegetables as salad, buttermilk, curd to ad in diet.

Neurokind od one at night for two months.
Folic acid 5 mg two times a day after food for two months.
Unienzyme two times after food for three weeks.
Loose liquid 10 ml till stool become normal. Regular.

If it is because of antibiotics then using curd helps to restore the lactobacillus in intestine and helps in digestion.
If it does not help then consult for homeopathic treatment.
