You need proper breaks dear don’t underestimate the pomodoro technique be disciplined enough that you just start with one pomodoro of 20-25 mins on the days when you are not able to study just start and force yourself through one cycle then it will motivate you to go on further happy studying!

take a 15 min walk daily eat healthy food and plenty water

Do her pft aswell
if positive pft then plan hrct thorax accordingly in discussion with chest physician if needed and start her on mdi pump only from a chest physician

Get hemoglobin and abg done for pao2 which is more accurate.

betadine gargle with hot to warm water add ,5 ml solution gargle it before meal than spit it out two times at least ten days.
seroflow inhaler two puffs twice or as required.
