don't go for heavy workouts in gym.sufficient carbohydrate n protein rich diet is taken.do abhyang or massage with ksheerabala tail allover body following hot water bath. take Chaitanya rasayana 1tsp twice a day after main meals.

there is no need to join a gym. there r so many exercises and yoga's available on net. try with the simplest like walking briskly and gradually add various exercises . eat slowly and after eating, keep on moving around in the house for 15 min.stop eating junk. eat daal chawal roti sabji.
