You can take vitamin D3 and it is not a height-increasing vitamin for your information. However we all need vitamins for our smooth life and sadly, most people are deficient in vitamin D and all are advised to take supplements of vitamin D

There is no medication or surgery to increase height which is a family trait and you have to take multivitamins and nutritious foods. Check your thyroid and take vitamin d supplements.
