Hi lybrate-user, yes your 12th exams are very important you can achieve good marks ,for that you need to understand your brains capacity. Do not stress yourself. Try to study with good focus and have a nutritious diet, take a proper sleep which is important for your brain. Do some excercise it will improve your overall health and brain capacity. You can take 'braino life' homeopathic syrup for one month. One teaspoon two times in a day. For any query consult me online at Lybrate.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.For more details, you can consult me.

Hello im student, after the location I couldn't concentrate on studies and i'm lacking my confidence, I not able to study and i'm losing interest. Calm down my friend. You are not alone with all these symptoms and thinking. After lockdown a lot of people have the same problem mainly due to the stress and anxiety. Try to meditate for 10 minutes in the morning and stop overthinking. You have to tell yourself that this is happening to a lot of people and that you will recover. You can consult me for further queries.

I was a "gifted" child, always mature and good at studies, but as I started growing up my grades started going down. Now, I can't focus for more than 10 minutes, have a terrible memory, and restlessness is off the charts. Start doing something but end up with doing something else. Sometimes even when I know I have something important to do, I just can't get up like something is physically wrong. I keep procrastinating and can't concentrate for more than 10 mins. But sometimes there are random boosts of energy when I feel like I can take over the world. What should I do? Is this adhd?

My name is saurabh age 26 wg72 kg gender male concentration nahi hota bilkul jara sa focus karne se palptation ho jati h bichar bhut ate h tiredness rahti h din bhar man nahi lagta h.

General Physician,
Dear lybrate-user try to spend some time outdoors everyday. Get involved in physicla activity every now and then .any activity which requires you to be moblie. Interaction with people is also important. Have good healthy food. You may have some fast food ocasionally too. Very important to fix a bedtime and to reduce screen time. Especially at night these concentration issues are most likely due to the pandemic and can easily be tacked with these simple tricks. Take care.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Our memory is a skill, and just like other skills, it can be improved with practice and healthy overall habits. You can start small. For example, pick a new challenging activity to learn, incorporate a few minutes of exercise into your day, maintain a sleep schedule, and eat a few more green vegetables, fish, and nuts. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
