Hi. I'm a boy. My age is 22. I have been suffering from piles for last two years. I went to doctor first time when I saw blood during my bowel movement. So doctor gave me tablet and cream to apply. Then in previous year. I felt pain during bowel movement and hard to pass stool and also blood 2,3 drops came out and then I went to same doctor and he told me you have grade 3 hemorrhoids and gave me two ointments (one for external hemorrhoids and other for internal). Then in this year I also experienced the same thing. I suffered from constipation and whenever I pass stool the blood comes out and in the recent months I feel extreme pain during bowel movement and also blood is coming. I went to ayurvedic doctor he gave me tabs and ointment. But still i'm not recovering from this. I'm assuming that I have anal fissure after the pain I had felt. Please tell me a permanent solution for this. I can't afford surgical treatment. Note: I am also using home remedies like sits bath, intake high fibre etc.

Hello lybrate-user, see,the treatment of piles depends upon the control of constipation and avoidance of straining. Any medications like piles tab etc, we normally give for 60 days maximum. If it is controlled, then you may continue with adequate water and fibres in diet. But the treatment is solely decided upon the grade of disease. So kindly get your self checked by a proctologist and get your treatment planned accordingly. Thank you.

Requirement of surgery depends on the severity of the symptoms and the patient/family preference. Hypospadias can cause difficulty in controlling the urine stream and sexual dysfunction later in life. This condition can not be treated with medicines. However it can be treated with surgery. The complications of surgery should be discussed with the concerned surgeon before taking a decision.
