Hello lybrate-user, see,the treatment of piles depends upon the control of constipation and avoidance of straining. Any medications like piles tab etc, we normally give for 60 days maximum. If it is controlled, then you may continue with adequate water and fibres in diet. But the treatment is solely decided upon the grade of disease.
