I have been taking these 30, collinsonia 30, aesculus 30, for 3 times a day (4 drop) for a month now. I have grade 2 piles, now the symptoms have improved, but still when I sit in squat position or spread ass cheeks, piles flare up. I have had a lump in the anal region for 14 days. I have been taking the medicine calcium dobesilate these 14 days prescribed by a gastroenterologist who diagnosed me with external hemorrhoids. Recently, a colorectal/general surgeon diagnosed me with thrombosis external hemorrhoids and needs surgery. He also diagnosed internal hemorrhoids at 3, 7 and 11 o clock positions which he said won't need surgery. The external hemorrhoid is pea sized and doesn't hurt. However, I wanted to know: can thrombosis external hemorrhoids go away on their own with meds or do they always need surgery? I saw an article that says even in case of thrombosis haemorrhoids the lump remains present for up to a month and eventually gets reabsorbed by the body. Is that true?
