Requirement of surgery depends on the severity of the symptoms and the patient/family preference. Hypospadias can cause difficulty in controlling the urine stream and sexual dysfunction later in life. This condition can not be treated with medicines. However it can be treated with surgery. The complications of surgery should be discussed with the concerned surgeon before taking a decision.

Hello lybrate-user, tablet will definitely help is grade 1, so you may continue. However personally I suggest for sclerotherapy for grade 1.anyways,whatever the treatment is, there is nothing like permanent cure. U need to adopt to healthy food, fibres, waters. Avoid constipation and straining. If you adopt, these will never come back, if not ,then they will for sure.

Hello lybrate-user, bavasir ke masse agar bahar se hi dikhte hain, then probably, it grade 2 and above piles. There are various modalities of treatment, from medicines, to laser and stapler surgery. You need to check with a nearby surgeon for confirmation of your diagnosis and grading of your disease. Till that time, avoid constipation by halving plenty of water and fibres, avoid straining and sit in warm water bath.

Piles are painless in early stages. You can go for laser or surgical removal of piles. For stomach issues you can go for ultrasound and endoscopy.
