Kindly share x ray (opg or picture or iopa) if possible to suggest best treatment. Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. No need for tooth replacement only in wisdom tooth extractions as it will neither help in mastication nor in your facial features unlike ist and 2nd molars which have to replaced definitely.
