Don't worry its called dry socket. N it's quite normal with some patients after extraction. Plss visit your dentist who did your treatment and meanwhile plsss don't touch that area. He vl treat the condition and it will subside within a few weeks.

Chances are always there whenever there is extraction of upper molar teeth.
Get cbct
visit oral maxillofacial surgeon
you may or may not have fracture.
Symptoms you said donot always say about fracture, it could be due infection in the extracted site or due to maxillilary sinusitis or there are many causes.
Do not jump to fracture directly
treatment will be based on the nature what cbct shows.

Hello. Lybrate user. After cleft lip and palate surgery, there are procedures like speak therapy to guide speaking normally. It will gradually get normal. Cleft palate is a genetic condition and developmental disorder. It is not compulsory to affect the unborn child. I advice you to consult a general physician regarding, cleft lip of mom and child. Thank you.
