permanent teeth as in he can get implants done .. but only after clinical review and looking at the bone density and his medical history ..as well as a full mouth xray would be required to understand the situation inside ...one can suggest for implants..and a bridge ...

I will advice you to look for a seasoned implantologist who can ethically guide you with right implant options. Good quality implants start from Rs. 30000 onwards. In these, crowns are usually fixed after 3-5 months depending on fusion of implant to the bone
If you have time constraint- implant prices go upto 60000 but the crown is fixed immediately within a week.

No problem sir. It's just two months. She ll get it very soon. Pls wait. This is her transition period between milk tooth n permanent tooth. Pls be patient because the steps taken might worsen the condition. Even after one year she don't get it then take her to dentist, first take an X-ray to confirm if the permanent teeth is present and then decide how to bring it out. Now no need to bother. Be patient.
