Hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get a full mouth x-ray done to check the bone levels. Depending on that you can go for fixed prosthesis or implant. For bridge the neighbouring two teeth will also have to be reduced in size. Its better to go for an implant. The cost can range from Rs. 15,000-40,000/-.

Hi lybrate-user
The details you have provided seem to indicate somewhat advanced gum disease. Whether the affected teeth can be preserved or not can only be assessed with a clinical assessment supplemented with radiographs. Hello lybrate-user. Both implant and bridge will have life only as long as your bone and underlying tissues (periodontium) is maintained in good condition. Its similar to how ever big or small you build your house if the foundation is not strong it will fall down. But technically speaking implants are the next best to your original tooth compared to bridge. But both has pros and cons .consult a good dentist nearby.

Hi lybrate-user, bridge for missing teeth is a conventional procedure while implants are modern solutions for the same situation. Bridge needs support of two adjoining teeth while implant does not depend on adjacent teeth. Only disadvantage of implants is the cost that seems more but it is usually worth it, depending on clinicians experience and post-operative care and support. Please gain more information through internet and ask your dentist for possible complications of the same. Best of luck...more
