As per what you told looks like a red ear syndrome need to ask so many questions to know exact cause so now I can just prescribe to take â imol syp â then start giving him vit c and some b complex at the time of burning as you said apply hot water towel better to consult for further.

Sit ringworm is fungal infection. It spread from one person to other person. It is also due to humidity moisture and sweating. U should wear loose and cotton cloth. It is fungal infection so there is no role of roxitid. You sould not use combination cream.
Please start antifunal cap itraconazole 200 mg once daily cream luliconazole twice daily and tab levocet 10, mg twice daily
but my better advise is that you should visit dermatologist.

Do (whatever she can)
1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice).
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Aapke bacche ko vitamin d and calcium ki kami hogi. Uske liye supplements lena zaroori hai. And roz subeh 1/2 hour ke liye dhoop mein baithe. 1 glass doodh aur 1 katori dahi roz zaroor le. Peene ke liye paani zyada dijiye- 1-1.5 litres har roz.

Hi, lamisil, miconazole are all antifungal medicines so they should help. Along with creams, try and keep skin irritation free. Wear loose breathable fabrics. Sweating, moisture, pressure, warmth, friction can all make fungal infection worse so are to be avoided. Antifungal tablets can be prescribed for 1 or 2 months depending on the severity of the fungal rash. The cream has to be applied till the rash completely disappears and for a week more.
