Bleeding from anus has many causes.
Simply it could be a fissure or a haemorrhoid.
A detailed history and anal examination will clear the diagnosis.
Please consult a surgeon for opinion.
Keep doing SITZ Bath for 10-15 minutes for 3-4 times a day.

First of all you should aware about your food and timing
avoid bengal gram.. Greengram. etc
take hot water which boilde with dry ginger
take ginger and garlic
if you have complaint of constipation, you should treat for that, then your gastric problem may solve through proper life style and food

this may be a condition called as" hypertrichosis" this is usually a marker of underlying spinal maldevelopment (spinal dysraphism).

The moles are probably warts (hpv infection). You can get radio cautery done for quicker response by a dermatologist. Chemical cautery can be done (tca application) but it might require more sittings.
Medicines (imiquimod) will take time to give result.

Respected kj hi avoid hard stools by avoiding all oily spicy nonveg. Avoid amoking if doing. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber fruits curd. Sit in sitz bath (sitting in tub filled with leuk warm water 10-10 min mor & eve) dear consult later if problem thanks regards.
