Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. Avoid constipation. Never apply extra pressure while defecating stool. Try not to spend more than 3-5 minutes in toilet. Otherwise you will harm your piles and they might bleed. piles are caused due to constipation /hard stools as applying pressure may cause the blood vessels at that area to swell and then rupture.
Regular smoking may disrupt the functioning of intestine.

Respected lybrate-user hi it may be painful fissure. Avoid oily spicy nonveg stuffs. Apply xylocaine (5) jelly over anal part after passing stool & sitz bath (sitting in tub filled with leuk warm water for 10-10 min mor & eve) consult later if problem dear thanks regards.

Respected lybrate-user hi it's anal fissure. Avoid to get hard stools avoid all oily spicy, nonveg. Have more liquids green leafy veg fiber content fruits curd for better digestion. Apply xylocaine (5) jelly over anal region after passing stool & sitz bath (sitting in leuk warm water filled tub for 10-10 min mor & eve) tab esgipyrin mor & eve after meals for 5 days. Liquid cremaffin plus 3 teaspoonful at night if stool is hard for 5 days. Consult if problem later on thanks regards.
