If it protruding outside anus and bleeding then most likely it is grade 4 haemorrhoids. Pl go to a surgeon near by and get examined. Now a days we do piles surgery by minimally invasive method. It's known as Steppler Haemorrdectomy.

Respected Ayush either fissure or Peri anal skin cracking. Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 5 minutes each 3 times a day and specifically after passing stool ) .
