The moles are probably warts (hpv infection). You can get radio cautery done for quicker response by a dermatologist. Chemical cautery can be done (tca application) but it might require more sittings.
Medicines (imiquimod) will take time to give result.
Most importantly it is sexually transmitted so get your partner examined and treated so that it doesn't recurr.
