Hi Lybrate-user, There is no definitely time for impacted tooth to come in oral cavity. It depends on a lot of factors like space, force etc. Since it is a rudimentary tooth. It does not help in chewing much. So there is no point to place braces better to go for removal if pain persists longer.

The last molar teeth in the mouth are called as wisdom teeth. While in some people they erupt completely into the mouth and function with no problem whatsoever, in others, they remain embedded in the bone, erupt incompletely, erupt at an angle, or are covered by bone or a flap of tissue. They are absent in many.

Of late, dentists recommend removal of wisdom teeth, more a preventative than remedial measure. Some of the reasons for wisdom tooth removal are listed below-

Homeopathy is often associated only with chronic illnesses. Another myth associated with this form of treatment is that it takes ages for the effect of the medication to be visible. However, in the case of a toothache, Homeopathy can be very relevant and can quickly ease the pain. Homeopathic treatment for toothaches addresses the underlying cause of the problem. Some of the common triggers for a toothache are tooth decay, an abscess or gum problems.

Take a look at these common Homeopat...more

Wisdom teeth usually make their appearance between the ages of 17 and 21, though it's possible for them to push through earlier or later. Referred to as your "third molars," these four teeth begin to push through the skin like any other tooth, which can cause pain. However, wisdom teeth are much more likely to grow in at an incorrect angle – even sideways – causing impaction that can radiate this pain to the teeth in front of it. Kindly get it extracted as soon as possible.

Tooth decay is an irreversible damage to the tooth. Getting your teeth filled is the only option. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need adv. Cleaning and artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment with a cap for deep cavities. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Hydrogen peroxide can be used only under the supervision of a professional only.
The symptom of bleeding gums warrants referral to a periodontist or an appropriately qualified dental surgeon.

Unfortunately, I cannot diagnose medical conditions or provide specific treatment advice, even to those who believe themselves to be medical professionals. Diagnosing dental issues requires an in-person examination by a qualified dentist.
However, I can offer some general information and suggest next steps based on your description:

Chances of hiv spread through saliva is very very less. The virus can only transmit through contact with blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, rectal fluids, vaginal fluids and breast milk. If you are not in contact with any of these then you don't need to be worried about it.

It's completely understandable to be worried about this situation. Leaving cotton in for 5 days after a tooth extraction can increase the risk of complications, so it's important to address it right away.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Contact your dentist as soon as possible: this is the most important step. Don't try to remove the cotton yourself, as this could further irritate the extraction site. Your dentist will be able to remove it safely and assess the condition of the wound.
