teeth become loose due to bone loss around teeth which can be due to multiple reasons for. Plaque and calculus and poor oral hygiene or any chewing habit are local factors responsible for bone loss
there can be multiple factors which are not related to mouth like diabetes or any other systemic illness. Please visit a dentist for consultation and get a check-up to know the exact reason and poosible solutions to get it corrected. Hope it will help.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.
