Hello-
The chances of transmission through hand job are very low. However, with sexual exposure to a relatively high risk population, such as sex workers, it may be wise to screen yourself regularly. You seem highly anxious, so I wonder why you are taking such risks in the first place.

I had a blood test done that included HIV. It was for employment (I live in south korea) and a couple days later I was asked to come back and another one. This same thing happened last year but I was given no explanation, I passed my entire physical. This year the same thing happened only I was told to do a consultation with the onsite doctor before retaking the test. He said I had tested positive for HIV antibodies and so they needed to do a second test. I do not know how else to say this - it is completely impossible that I have HIV. I have never had a transfusion, I have one sexual partner who I know with 100% certainty also has no other sexual partners. Further more, I actually had to do two tests within a week of each other (one for my school and another for the department of education) and only the second one came back with this positive result. This has to be a false positive unless there is some magical way a person with only one HIV free partner, drug free, who has never had a blood transfusion and wasn't born with it can possibly get this virus. I have tried to look into what causes false tests but I see no evidence I have any of the other issues listed. My guess right now is the test was read badly, otherwise contaminated, or was part of some kind of batch testing. I would like a doctor to tell me how I could have gotten this result, and how likely it is my second test will also come back positive and if so what actions should I take? I just can not even remotely fathom in my wildest dreams any way that I could be HIV positive. I'd end up in a medical journal it would be so impossible.

Do the following test HIV Antibody + p24 Antigen test HIV 1 PRO VIRAL DNA QUALITATIVE HIV WESTERN BLOT TEST THIS WILL enough to prove you that you are hiv negative or positive person hiv status can not be decided on base of their risk but hiv status must decided by laboratory test so forget about your hiv risk but focus on test.
