an epididymal cyst is a harmless fluid-filled growth on a man's testicle (testis). They are quite common and don't usually require treatment. Many men feel them and are concerned they have testicular cancer, but a doctor can usually tell the difference.

A non-communicating hydrocele usually remains the same size or has a very slow growth. If a communicating hydrocele does not go away on its own and is not treated, it can lead to an inguinal hernia. epididymis cysts are common and harmless. However, if you do discover a lump in your testicles it's extremely important to make an appointment with your doctor to rule out a more serious cause of a scrotum mass, such as a tumor or hernia.
