Hysteroscopy is a procedure to look inside the uterus using a Hysteroscope. It's a daycare procedure done under short anesthesia. It helps in ruling out any intrauterine pathology like polyp, fibroid etc which can be removed at the same sitting if found.

Normally we advise to avoid intercourse for 1 week after hysteroscopy, but in view of bleeding better to avoid for few days more.
Ovulation will happen every month.

If you still want then vaginal hysterectomy is the option..
And consult a gynecologist for more information..
