Hi,
amh cannot be increased. It us level of eggs left over in your ovaries. You can take meds to improve quality. All that is needed is to conceive as early as possible. Ivf will benefit as it shortens the time to pregnancy. I have treated many low amh cases. I am saying this from my experience.

1) fibroid can not be removed by medicines.
2) it increases in size with time till menopause.
3) it reduces in size after menopause.
4) aff fibroids do not need treatment. Depends on complaints, size, other effects etc. 5) for your complaints meet gynecologist.

Very few such patients get some problems. It needs to be treated only if there are complaints related to it. As a general principle better to have early pregnancy.

Yes. You can certainly struggle with infertility and still have a period every month. Most fertility problems arise from an ovulation disorder that could influence your period. But your struggles with conception could be caused by other factors.
