Once the uterus is removed there is no bleeding like menstrual period at all. Just because of surgery slight bleeding may happen for a couple of days.

Chronic pelvic pain does not need hysterectomy so no wonder you still have.

I hope your spelling is what you want to convey. "hysterectomy" means removal of uterus. It is surgery whether by exploration or laproscopy. Usual list of side effects of any surgery

Hello, you need to avoid lifting weight for 6 weeks and avoid sex as well. Use plain water or alkaline vaginal wash to clean yourself each day. The healing usually takes 6 weeks.
