Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Madam, when one is on adequate dosage of levothyroxine then tsh is maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l, t3 & t4 are in normal range. That is considered as controlled hypothyroidism. Another aspect is please do not keep changing the dosage rapidly. It take about 6 weeks to see appropriate change in tsh levels. Hello sir,
I can understand your concern. Propranolol may decrease the motility of the sperms. However, I would advice you to not stop it abruptly as there can be some withdrawl symptoms. So firstly you and your wife can visit a fertility clinic or doctor, get the tests and medical advice and then depending on what exactly is the underlying cause, you can plan for next.
