Provide vit D supplement with milk & give diet rich in calcium bcaz at this situation ca absorption as a medicine is weak so provide her chia seed 1 tbsp with yogurt twice. For diet plan consult privately.

It is calcium carbonate itself but impure so better to take foods rich in calcium and supplementsif needed.

Syrup is basically liquid preparations and tablets are mainly solid preparations. Syrup can be absobed more rapidly thanmost of the tablets. But in syrups you can not acurately measure the does but in tablets you can take a specific dose. Tablets are more compact than syrups. So I would prefer you to take tablet.

- For your problem have calcium rich foods such as milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, try to include a calcium rich food product in each of your meals & also as a snack inbetween meals
- have a supplement such as tablet Shelcal .
