Hello lybrate-user.
Just calcium deficiency is not the cause.
We have to go to the roots of the disease. Calcium deficiency can be just a superficial factor. And just taking the supplment will not help.
It will again come down once you stop taking it as you cannot take it lifetime.
My suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment to cure the cause.

you can follow a proper diet plan and intake some ayurvedic medicines for increase calcium.
Diet:-
use milk, curd, paneer, leafy vegetables, orange, nibu, ragi floor, maze etc.
Avoid heavy food, fast food, junk food, khowa, refined oils, saturated fats items.
Follow diet schedule (gap between two meals) for proper digestion.
