They can be taken together. However, atorvastatin is not a medicine for high triglycerides. Instead of medicines, try diet for nafls and high triglycerides. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods, reduce these items in diet. Poor diet raises triglycerides. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter fish etc. Decrease modern diet, it is recommended but not healthy, it increases triglycerides.
