This occours usually due to poor diet. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from wheat rice sugar jaggery and alcohol present in diet. Reduce these items, increase traditional health foods like nuts, non veg, butter yoghurt etc. Exercise, or fish oil can also help control triglycerides. High triglycerides is not a disease, just an indicator that diet is restricted to cheap, unhealthy foods.
