Hello, thanks for the query.
Madam, in women following menopause because of lack of estrogens there is an increase in the bone loss. This leads to osteopenia and later osteoporosis. Therefore treatment for preventing the bone loss is to give estrogens or a combination of estrogen & progestin plus calcium and vitamin d3. The drug prescribed to you also is supposed to help reduce the bone loss. There are some side effects, but if you can tolerate the same then please go ahead. Thanks.

If you don’t have time for this, then maybe you need to re-examine your priorities in life. Proper, nutritious food must be at the top of your list of priorities.
Its all marketing strategy to make you believe that the women’s horlicks is good for health. Better go for unprocessed natural food. Some time we forgetting that all those foods are processed from natural food only.
