You need to see a Cardiologist and get ECG, Echo and blood tests. You might be suffering from undiagnosed hypertension beforehand. Hypertension due to pregnancy usually sets in a little later. Gynaecologist should closely follow the baby's growth etc as high BP may affect fetal blood supply and impair growth of the baby. If high BP is persisting then treatment will be started.

A certain percentage of women are known to suffer from hypertension when they are pregnant. Such women have blood pressure levels above the acceptable range, that is, 140 / 90.
