Hypertension symptoms usually not present even the sbp reaches 180. The symptoms you are experiencing most likely other diseases. There is no bp tolerance due to medicines. Chest pain possibly could be gastritis pain or angina pain which is related to heart. Its better to consult a physician if these symptoms become worsen.
