Need to see pbs (peripheral blood smear) report, also blood counts. Here in this report mcv is low. This may be due to iron deficiency anemia. Need to do further investigations to confirm like total blood counts, hb%, tibc, serum ferritin. No need to worry just do the investigations to confirm diagnosis. Hope it helps.

Dear lybrate-user, clonazepam is habit forming and over time it starts to lose its efficacy. Meaning, in the beginning, a 0.25 mg dose would put you to sleep, over a period of time, you will find difficulty sleeping at same dose. Now that you have completed 3 years with clonazepam, I would suggest you to try to find an alternative before stopping it. There are several herbal medicines available that help in sleep management. I am 23 year old female, diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I have lost around 16 kgs in 5 months. The weight I had before was considered to be overweight, but due to hyperthyroidism, I was able to come to my normal weight according to my body. I have been doing great at my treatment, and my thyroid has decreased around 70% and I am currently only on one medication, but I have been having constipation problems, where I haven't been able to poop for more than a month and it's concerning me a lot as I have been gaining weight as well which is the one fear I had during the entire treatment. I can't get it out of my head that I might go back to my old overweight weight. I wanted to ask 1. If my constipation problems is a concern? (i have tried meds for this, but no use, just in case) 2. How much weight will I gain?
