Ankylosing spondylitis is a cause of back pain in adolescents and young adults.
Ankylosing spondylitis is a form of chronic inflammation of the spine and the sacroiliac joints
chronic inflammation in these areas causes pain and stiffness in and around the spine, including the neck, middle back, lower back, and buttocks. Over time, chronic inflammation of the spine (spondylitis) can lead to a complete cementing together (fusion) of the vertebrae, a process referred to as ankylosis. Ankylo...more

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The swelling usually subsides by itself, but a scar may form that affects your vision. Advanced keratoconus also may cause your cornea to become scarred, particularly where the cone is most prominent. A scarred cornea causes worsening vision problems and may require cornea transplant surgery.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hi yogesh
Cervical spondylitis is common at your age. By changing medications might not help you much. Ultracet will cause nausea, giddiness too.
You need more physio and safe medications.
Hope he did MRI scan, to see weather anything can be done surgically. Otherwise injections to neck will be much helpful.

Crossed eyes occur either due to nerve damage or when the muscles around your eyes don't work together because some are weaker than others. When your brain receives a different visual message from each eye, it ignores the signals coming from your weaker eye.

Itâs because of cervical spondylitis. A person can ease the symptoms of cervical pain/spondylosis with a few simple neck exercises.
1. Neck stretch
keep your body straight.
Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.
Softly tense the neck muscles.
Hold this for 5 seconds.
Return your head to its center position.
Push your head back with the chin held high, and hold for 5 seconds.
Carry out 5 repetitions.
2. Neck tilt
tilt your head forward...more

This will depend on which vision you need for your occupation, i.e.;
- if you require excellent distant vision then multi-focal iol are not a good choice
