I have ancholysing spondylitis at heap joint since last 12 years, I am feeling tremendous pain in my heap joint and therefore will not be able to attend my office this week, I need a doctor's prescription to prescribe my leave from 30/11/2021 to 6/11/2021.

Can good diet and daily exercise reduce my myopia my left eye-1: 00. My right eye-1: 25 pls suggest me some good diet.

Can myopia be cure if you eat a carrot daily and eat vitamin a foods and exercise daily.

I went to the doctor today they told I have myopia my eye powers are right side:-1.25. Left side: -1: 00 I have been masturbating till the test so if I stop masturbating will my eyesight improve?

I have cataract in my right eye. Doctor suggested me for the surgery. Kindly tell me which lens is good monofocal or multi focal and cost.
