No such drugs or medicines are currently recommended for treatment of jaundice or to decrease bilirubin levels. Kindly have a proper evaluation for the cause of your jaundice by a doctor before taking any medicine for reducing bilirubin.
Have a nice day.

Sir I had surgery 3years back for varicocele. And my sperm count was 12 million/ml. After 3 months of surgery 16 million with good quality I took popson multivitamin tablet for 3 months. And stopped multivitamin tablet and tested after 1 year my sperm count was 6 million/ml. And I did ultrasound of my scrotum still varicocele present. I asked my doctor to redo surgery but he told no guarantee in surgery. Now we should try with hcg injection and tablets. So I quit taking treatment due to fear of side effects of hormonal injection and tablets. Now it's almost 2 years happened. Now I am facing little erection problem and my both testicles size decrease and penis also shrunken. I do know wt to do now. I am not married I am still 24 and I am still studying I don't have money to take treatment and should I go for surgery again any one please suggest. Is it ayurvedic cures.

Varicocele is basically varicose veins but at a different site i.e. testes. When blood engorges in the testicular veins. This can be hamful for your sexual life because stasis of venous blood raises temperature of the testes and can lead to decreased Spermatogenesis. Kindly consult for further details. Main established approach is surgical but some other ways have also been tried in Ayurved.

Yes, it may affect sperm count and sex life. The testis is the glands that produce sperms and one dysfunctional testis out f two means lesser sperms being produced. Testis also produces testosterone hormone which is responsible for sex drive and sexual stamina, lesser the hormone lesser the stamina. I would suggest that you get an ultrasound scrotum done and reach me with its reports immediately.
